  • BPS will arrange everything to the point of move in, after which the landlord would become the tenant’s main point of contact.
Fully managed service for landlords: £474 (Inclusive of VAT) set up fee, payable on move in. NO LET, NO FEE! 10% plus VAT monthly management fee. Includes all the services as with let only, plus:
  • Quarterly property inspections
  • Maintenance and property repairs/issues dealt with promptly by local contractors
  • Rent collection service
  • Arranging for renewal of annual gas safety certificates
  • BPS would be the tenant’s main point of contact throughout the term of the tenancy
* If the landlord wishes for BPS to draw up a renewal tenancy agreement at the end of the tenancy, an admin fee of £60 (Inclusive of VAT) would be payable * A fee of £120 (Inclusive of VAT) is payable if BPS are to arrange a professional inventory for the property.
