Jo Jarrett (Groves)
Jo has a true passion for property, having over 25 years of experience in the sales and lettings sector. Having successfully gained her degree in 2006, at the tender age of 23 Jo received her first managerial role in a large corporate agency. Jo then went on to successfully manage numerous agencies within the Yorkshire region and in 2018 decided to follow her passion and set up on her own. Her agency went on to create a bespoke and ‘multi-award-winning’ agency that is BPS today. Since then the team has expanded and now covers both the North and East Yorkshire regions where Jo has lived and worked over the last 18 years and where she has brought up her two children. Jo’s relentless drive and innovative approach to the industry ensures each and every one of her clients receive an unrivalled customer experience.
Ayshea Minchella
Ayshea has been with the team since the agency began in 2018. She brings with her invaluable experience of being a landlord herself. In 2023 Ayshea was recognised as one of the top three lettings negotiators in the country at the EA Masters awards. She has a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and will go above and beyond to deliver the highest possible standard of customer service. Ayshea has an amazing knowledge of the local area, having lived and worked in the Ryedale area with her family for many years. Having a masters degree in fine art textiles she has a keen eye for interior design and is perfectly placed to offer home staging advice on how best to present your home to ensure you gain the best price possible. You may often see Ayshea walking her ‘fur baby’ Bertie around the Malton area.
Kirstie Pennock
Kirstie also joined the team in 2018 and brings with her a wealth of experience in the customer service industry. Having worked within the hospitality industry for many years prior, this means she has fantastic communication and social skills and is friendly and personable. With two young children and as a busy working mum Kirsty understands the benefits of the flexibility that BPS offers its valued clients.
Matt Hillier
‘I am a professional freelance property photographer, based in Ryedale. I am self-taught, and pride myself on focusing on natural light and spaces within properties. I love the contrast of cosy old cottages and modern minimalist homes, and with every property being so different, no day is ever the same. It’s fascinating meeting so many different people too, and quite often their enthusiastic pets!’
